Account & Login

How do I create an account?

You can sign up with your email address or use Sign in with Apple. You can also try PitchHighway as a guest without creating an account — guest accounts are automatically removed after 30 days of inactivity.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. You’ll receive a link to create a new password. If you signed up with Apple, just use Sign in with Apple again — no password needed.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly within the app. Go to your profile settings and tap “Delete Account.” This permanently removes all your data from our servers. Audio recordings stored on your device are not affected and remain under your control.

Subscriptions & Billing

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

PitchHighway subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or change your plan:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
  3. Select PitchHighway and choose your option

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any recent purchase.

What happens when my subscription expires?

When your premium subscription ends, you’ll still have access to all free features. Your progress, scores, and vocal range data are preserved — you won’t lose anything. Premium features will become available again if you resubscribe.

Voice & Privacy

Is my voice recorded?

Audio recordings are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. You have full control over these recordings.

What voice data is sent to your servers?

We send pitch data (MIDI note values, frequency, and confidence scores) to our servers to compute your scores, track progress, and record your vocal range. Raw audio is never transmitted. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
